Mary Taylor is the founder of Bridges Coaching and Consulting, which she began in 1998 in Concord, California, and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2003. Bridges provides coaching, customized training
and consulting to help individuals and businesses achieve results by isolating barriers that prevent them from achieving
their desired life or goals. Areas of expertise include personal and business coaching, tactical and strategic
sales skills, competitive differentiation, management coaching, negotiating, conflict resolution, and team building.
Clients have included AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Conferon Global Services, Evercom,
United Health Group and SBC. Problem solving, coaching and training has always been a passion of the Phoenix, Arizona native. Mary has been recognized for her skill in successfully coaching
and developing and delivering curriculum to individuals, sales professionals, businesses and managers over the past 20
years.
In addition to coaching and delivering Bridges’ programs, Mary
is also certified and has delivered programs for The TAS Group, Huthwaite and Achieve Global. She received
her BS in marketing from Louisiana State University and has graduate studies in organizational development, and Coach University.
Throughout her twenty years in sales and sales
management, Mary excelled as a strategist, change agent, and motivational leader. The key to her success is her
keen ability to identify the root cause of problems, and implement the right solution and strategies. Her
passion for success resulted in her receiving the coveted AT&T “Leader’s Council” award, recognition
bestowed on only the top 1% of managers. While in sales management at AT&T, her successful management
yielded consistent revenue growth and improved profit margins. Mary was also responsible for regional sales
effectiveness for a sales force of 800, the creation of a multi-level motivational and recognition program, and served as
President of “The Alliance”, an employee resource group. Mary is also a volunteer in her community, and her church.
